clubpk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and clubpk ("clubpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at clubpk.ws. This Agreement governs your use of all services, features, content, applications, and products offered through the clubpk platform.

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, depositing funds, or simply browsing the clubpk website, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments published on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the clubpk platform and close your account.

Use of the clubpk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. clubpk does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or access any gaming content.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of clubpk or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from clubpk or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

clubpk employs automated and manual age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Providing false age information during registration or at any verification stage constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any deposited funds.

To access real-money gaming services on clubpk, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your true age.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the clubpk platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. clubpk reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any bonus winnings earned through such accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.
• You must notify clubpk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• clubpk will never ask you for your full password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Account sharing or transferring access to another person — for any reason — is not permitted.
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be suspended pending verification.

clubpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally supported payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account that is registered in your own name. clubpk does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your clubpk wallet instantly, subject to the payment provider's own processing times and any applicable transaction limits on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take between one and three business hours to reflect in your account balance during banking hours.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your clubpk account dashboard.
• clubpk does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits made via local payment methods.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your gaming wallet, except in circumstances where clubpk determines a technical error has occurred.
• clubpk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that it deems unusual in size or frequency.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the cashier section of your logged-in clubpk dashboard.

clubpk aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and on whether any additional KYC verification is required. The clubpk support team, available daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT), can provide status updates on pending withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification.
• clubpk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• clubpk does not charge withdrawal fees for standard PKR withdrawals via local payment methods.
• In cases where a deposit has not been followed by genuine wagering activity, clubpk reserves the right to apply a processing fee to cover payment provider costs.

clubpk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses on clubpk unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as Mini Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any bonus or bonus winnings not used within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• clubpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

All bets placed on the clubpk platform — including cricket betting, live casino wagers, slot play, and any other gaming product — are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details, including stake amount, selection, and odds, are correct before confirming any wager. clubpk accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the user.

• clubpk reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake on the platform.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Bets on cricket markets — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 competitions — are subject to the cricket betting rules page, which forms part of this Agreement.
• Maximum win limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game and market and are subject to change without prior notice.
• clubpk reserves the right to limit the stake size or the number of bets accepted from any individual account at its sole discretion.

clubpk is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and clubpk provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming behaviour at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all clubpk account holders through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can remain logged in to a single session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the clubpk platform. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Consistent with our 21+ platform policy, clubpk actively monitors account activity for signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where such signs are detected, our team may reach out to the account holder to offer support resources and, where necessary, apply protective account restrictions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the clubpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in further legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions by creating a new account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino games, and sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or for the purpose of processing fraudulent payment transactions.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the clubpk software. Any such discovery must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after gaming activity has occurred using deposited funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your true location.

All content published on the clubpk platform — including but not limited to the clubpk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, audio files, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of clubpk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the clubpk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any clubpk content without the prior express written consent of clubpk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clubpk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the clubpk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from a technical fault, system outage, or third-party service failure.
• Loss or corruption of account data, transaction records, or saved game states.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, etc.) that delay, reverse, or refuse a transaction on their end.

clubpk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date displayed at the top. In cases of material changes, clubpk may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the clubpk platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting the support team.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which clubpk is licensed to operate. clubpk operates under international gaming regulations, the details of which are available on request from the support team.

In the event of any dispute between you and clubpk, you agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting the clubpk support team via live chat. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as outlined in the gaming licence conditions applicable to clubpk's operating jurisdiction.

clubpk's decision on all gaming and betting outcomes — including but not limited to game results, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility determinations — shall be final and binding unless demonstrated to be the result of a verified technical fault or manifest error on the part of the platform.
